Cliche? I don't think so.
I love reading, but I have not been able to find the time to read anything other than my Noli Me Tangere lately. Let us keep this our little secret. In the past two years, I have only been able to finish a book if it involves my reading report in English.

In relation to what I have just said, I finished this book for my reading report in English last year. I actually liked this book after reading it. It is all about an uneducated Indian joining a Who-Wants-To-Be-A-Millionaire-type show. He gets all the questions right so the producers and authorities immediately accuse him of cheating. How could someone uneducated win all the money the show was supposed to offer? I think that they probably wanted to lose all that money on a person who graduated first in his class. Here we see classic discrimination.

In the story, though. The main character did not cheat. Let us just say that cliches are sometimes not so cliche. “Experience is the best teacher.”
